Qualifications & experience

• Proven track record in a similar role or environment with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism to both internal and external customers
• Excellent supervision, organisational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Review project plans, schedules, and specifications, providing insights into construction design, scheduling, cost-saving measures, and potential issues.
• Forecast operational requirements, allocate labour and trade resources, and optimise performance.
• Monitor the performance of construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the scope of works.
• Attend site meetings with Project Managers, liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss projects and resolve issues.
• Implementation of site-specific Health and Safety Work Plans and ensure safe working conditions.
