Qualifications & experience

• 5-8 years experience in Construction-based roles, Commercial experience preferred
• Proficiency in contract management and tendering processes
• Experience working within Australia Building Regulatory Standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
• Time management and ability to work across multiple projects
• Impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work with project staff, engineer and clients to achieve the project scope
• Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project
• Prepare schedules for site staff and contractors on job site.
• Ensure all company OHS&E and QA policies are followed at all times
• Demonstrate understanding and apply our workplace values
• Produce weekly updates of each project to Construction Managers
