Project Manager
Qualifications & experience
- 5-8 years experience in Construction-based roles, Commercial experience preferred
- Proficiency in contract management and tendering processes
- Experience working within Australia Building Regulatory Standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
- Time management and ability to work across multiple projects
- Impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with project staff, engineer and clients to achieve the project scope
- Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project
- Prepare schedules for site staff and contractors on job site.
- Ensure all company OHS&E and QA policies are followed at all times
- Demonstrate understanding and apply our workplace values
- Produce weekly updates of each project to Construction Managers
