Qualifications & experience

• Excellent knowledge of safety systems with a proactive approach.
• Hold minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
• Experience within the Construction industry would be preferable
• Nationally Recognised Construction Induction (White Card)
• Drivers Licence

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple construction sites. Set the example and inspire others to prioritise safety in all aspects of their work.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to safety, including incident reports, safety manuals, and safety performance metrics.
• Assist in the maintenance of M+J's Integrated Management System to align with legislative and ISO requirements
• Assist in the development and review of OSH plans and procedures.
• Prepare and/or review SWMS for works associated with the project
