Qualifications & experience

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents to develop cost estimates
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare competitive and accurate tenders for commercial projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to refine estimates and budgets
• Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities in project planning
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
